Josephs Blessing

 We were very excited to bless Joseph the first Sunday in March.   We were lucky to have both sets of Grandparents come up and Aunt Melanie!  Gordon gave Joseph a beautiful blessing and was joined by Grandpa Jensen, Grandpa (Papa) Thomas, Bishop Doug Priebe, and our good friend Adam Wise.  Our gathering was a lot smaller since we live out of state now, but we were touched by the many phone calls, e-mails, and texts from family members on his special day.

Joseph is named after his two Great-great Grandpa's; Joseph Steven on my side and Joseph Olson on Gordon's side.  Joseph is also named after his father because Gordon's middle name is Joseph.  Lastly, Joseph's middle name is Richard which he gets from his Grandpa Thomas; he also gets his wonderful smile from him too.  We are blessed to have such a wonderful heritage on both sides of our family to name Joseph after and hope he will look up to these wonderful righteous men and he grows up.  We love and adore our Joseph and are so happy to have him in our family.
