We hit the one hot week in August and decided to join our Daddy in Eugene, OR instead of being in our hot non-air conditioned home. The kids loved staying at the hotel and swimming. I think we went three times in our short stay there. We also found a really great pizza place right on the river for dinner and they had free carousel rides which was awesome. We had a blast in Eugene and look forward to exploring it more next time.
