Little Chef Birthday Party

Audrey had a friend birthday this year and the theme was Little Chef.  We had so much fun planning this party.  We had fun making the invitations together and preparing for the party.  We had a fun group of girls from gymnastics and church that attended which was fun!   

The party started by decorating chef hats.  I made the chef hats out of card stock and tissue paper; they turned out great.  We also decorated aprons.  Audrey loves to craft and all her friends do too, they had so much fun decorating.  Next, we made individual pizza's.  Audrey was so excited about everyone making their own pizzas.  I had the pizza dough precooked so things went faster which was nice.  The girls also enjoyed decorating their own cakes.  I am always amazed at the amount of frosting and sprinkles kids put on their cake, and still eat; we had some nice cakes.  

Audrey loved her party and all of her friends did too, which equals a happy Mom!  Happy Birthday Audrey!!!

Audrey's Birthday

It's hard to believe but our Audrey is now 7!  We love her so much and are so glad that she is in our family.  Audrey loves gymnastics right now and is really learning and growing in her gymnastic skills. She has her round off backhand spring down; which she is proud about.  She continues to love to color/paint and craft when she can.  She is very sweet and helpful around the house and is excited for her little sister to come.  We love her so much!

Daddy's Birthday

Our WONDERFUL Daddy had his 34th birthday!  We celebrated with breakfast, a yummy dinner, and delicious chocolate cake.  We are so grateful to our Daddy and all that he does for our family.  He works hard so we can have a nice home, food to eat, and fun outings and dates.  Our kids love to play with him.  Their favorite thing to do is play on the trampoline and wrestle with him; a nightly occurrence.  They are so lucky to have a Dad who loves to play with them and adores them all.  Happy Birthday, we love you so much!

1st Day of School 2013

It's that time of year again to go back to school!  Talmage and Audrey were excited to go to their new school this year and meet new friends.  Audrey will be in 1st grade this year and Talmage in 3rd.  Wow, these two are growing up too fast!

Preschool for Adalyn

Adalyn is starting another year of preschool and is so excited.  She was excited to get a backpack this year and lunch box.  I can't believe how much she is growing up.  She is a sweet girl and loves going to school and learning.  She loves to make up songs and sing them to us; which we love.  We are excited for her to have a fun year of preschool; meeting new friends and learning.
