Preschool Graduation

Audrey has graduated from Preschool!  She has loved going to Preschool this past year and making new friends.  She has loved her teachers and learning new things.  I can't believe that Audrey is going to start Kindergarten soon; she is so excited!

Lincoln City Beach

At the end of summer we finally made it to the beach!  We decided to try a new beach this time and headed to Lincoln City.  We loved the beach we found as it had Devil's River flowing to it from the near by Devil's Lake.  Devil's River is actually the worlds shortest river.
The kids loved being at the beach and Joseph somewhat enjoyed the beach for the first time; he was a little unsure about the sand.  We also enjoyed flying our kite and overall just being together as a family.  Hopefully next year we'll make it to the beach more often.

Farm Field Trip & Teddy Bear Picnic

Daddy was having fun with his kids before he headed for two weeks of training for his new job with Bausch and Lomb.  First, Gordon was able to go on Talmage's farm field trip and had a great rainy time.   Then he surprised Audrey and showed up at preschool for her Teddy Bear Picnic.  The kids loved all the special attention; they are lucky to have such a wonderful Daddy!

Eugene

We hit the one hot week in August and decided to join our Daddy in Eugene, OR instead of being in our hot non-air conditioned home.  The kids loved staying at the hotel and swimming.  I think we went three times in our short stay there.  We also found a really great pizza place right on the river for dinner and they had free carousel rides which was awesome.  We had a blast in Eugene and look forward to exploring it more next time.

Melt My Heart

I woke up this morning to hearing my children in the boys room.  When I walked in this was the scene in front of me; ADORABLE!  Talmge had gotten Joseph out of his crib and then the girls joined the fun.  Talmage was reading everyone stories while they cuddled on his bed.  I LOVE my kids!!!!

Swimming Lessons

Summer means swimming lessons and Adalyn was able to join this year which she was super excited about.  The kids did great and Audrey is officially an under water swimmer!  All the kids did a great job and progressed greatly within the two week period.  I love my little swimmers.

Princess Camp

The girls joined me at Princess Camp this year and we had a great time!  Adalyn was so excited because it was her first time dancing and she got her shoes and leotard.  For two days the girls did everything princess from dancing to crafts they had a wonderful time.  We even did a little performance at the end.  For the performance they made a backdrop of a castle which was really adorable.  I love my princesses and that I could share this time with them.
